  34.     This is a small (4 x 6 inch/10 x 15 cm/A6) printer especially for
  35.     printing photos taken with digital cameras. It has ports on the
  36.     side for inserting SmartMedia, CompactFlash, Memory Stick, and
  37.     Secure Digital & MultiMedia digital "film" and has an
  38.     LCD panel that lets you select pictures from the "film"
  39.     to print, so one can use the device as a digital photo lab without
  40.     PC.<p>

  42.     Due to the small paper size and not using black ink its usability
  43.     for PC documents is very limited, but it works with various PCL
  44.     drivers which support 3-ink CMY and A6/Postcard/4x6-Photo paper
  45.     size. High-quality black and white prints with optional hp 59 gray
  46.     photo inkjet cartridge. If the driver does not support such small
  47.     paper formats the upper left corner of the page is printed. The best
  48.     quality you will get with "hpijs" which supports this
  49.     printer explicitly since version 1.2<p>

  51.     For basic printing functionality use the <a href="

  53.     For advanced functionality such as printer status, maintenance 
  54.     features, and photo card unload use the <a href="

  58.     When used with HP's "hpijs" driver, this printer
  59.     auto-detects the paper type and does appropriate dithering and
  60.     colour adjustment internally, controlled by the hardware. So even
  61.     when Ghostscript with the "hpijs" driver only renders
  62.     the image with 300 or 600 dpi, higher resolutions are used for the
  63.     internal dithering. So if you insert photo paper, the printer will
  64.     print in its highest quality, no paper type choice in the
  65.     driver's options is needed. There is also a special high
  66.     resolution mode where the image is rendered in 1200 dpi and
  67.     interpolated to 4800x1200 dpi by the hardware, without paper
  68.     detection, intended for photo paper only.<p>
